Birthday Parties

Facility use for (3) three hours - this should include decorating and set-up, the party and any clean-up/breakdown.
Available 7 days a week.

Birthday Party Rates:
Rental fee of grounds: $500 plus tax and a security deposit of $100.00 (returned after the event). 
Additional time is $150.00 per hour.
